Love your Post it Notes! So fun!
Really, really good oatmeal recipe from Deceptively Delicious by Jessica Seinfeld:1 c skim mil1/4 c brown sugar1/4 cup pumpkin puree (I use canned pumpkin or baby food sweet potatoe- the purpose of the book is to sneak in veggies for your kids but you can't taste them)1 tsp. vanilla1/4 tsp cinnamon1 cup old fashioned oats2 tsp natural Peanut Buttercombine milk, sugar, pumpkinn, vanilla and spice, bring to boil, stir in oatmeal. Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 mins until oatmeal is soft. Stir in PB. So YUMMY and good for you b/c it's made with the real oats!
Happy Belated Birthday! And yeah, the scale and I stay enemies!Have fun with your Arkansas Homies!!
