I wanted to let my reader's know about a GREAT program called, Rachel's Challenge. Click HERE for the link to their website. Yesterday, a representative from this program was at Alise's school and it really made an impression on her. That's all she's talked about (the program presentation is based on age appropriateness). Parents and grandparents were invited to attend yesterday's meetings, but unfortunately, I couldn't get away from the office. However, our headmaster and school sponsor told us alot about what the program is based on during our monthly mom's meeting.
If you get the chance, visit the website and if your school does not currently participate in this program, consider introducing it to your school soon. I think the more we can get this type of message out to our kids, the safer and smarter our kids will be!
