embracing || All the red, pink, and white that goes along with Valentine's Day. I had lunch with friends last week at a new bakery and I took them little happies for VDay. I talked about the tags on Monday and the heart shaped take out boxes came from Hobby Lobby.
tasting || It was a house full of girlfriends for the Super Bowl on Sunday! I made this "sweet" charcuterie board to go along with our heart shaped waffles and pink mimosas for Galentine's Day. Check out the banner from one of my dearest friends. She did such a GREAT job! These pics were taken early before all the other "decor" and then everyone started arriving and I never thought about taking more pictures. Such a fun night!
wearing || Last week I shared one of my January weekend uniforms and this outfit from Aerie has also been on weekend repeat. This chenille sweater is sold out and so are the leggings, but, oh my goodness they are so stinkin' cozy! My kid asks me, "You're wearing that again, Mom?" Well, yes. Yes, I am.
preparing || Packing my bags and getting ready for a girls weekend in New Orleans. I'm knocking one off the ol' bucket list this weekend and I can't tell you how excited I am about it! Follow along with me on stories this weekend to see what me and the girls are up to. Hint:
