3 Things ~ March 2019

Friends, you blew me away last month with your kind response to my blog writing series, 3 Things! Wow! So many of you decided to write with me and I am so grateful for your participation and support!  You truly made my day! I tried my very best to comment on everyone's post that I saw in Blog Land and if by chance I missed you, please leave me a comment today so I can stop by and say Hi! Having said that, how did you do with the prompts for March? Let's find out!
1. Do you believe in luck? Why or why not?
I don't believe in luck. I believe that our days are ordained by the Good Lord above and that He has a plan for our lives. When we put our trust and hope in Him, we don't have to worry about chance or fate because we know that He has the best intentions for us. I choose to be BLESSED instead of lucky.

2. What was your favorite thing about yesterday or today?
Yesterday after church, we had to exchange Alise's flat iron at Ulta and I just have to brag on their customer service! I bought the flat iron in October as a Christmas present to her and it's actually the second item we've had to replace in the last few months. Both times, the sales clerks were so nice and courteous with the returns and even helped Alise pick out another flat iron since she decided to go with a different brand. I just love great customer service!

3. Show us the last picture you took and a short description of it.
Y'all loved the post I shared last week about Farm House Inspo! I'm so glad to know that my readers and I have the same great taste in home decor! The lamb's ear wreath was on sale at Hobby Lobby for 50% off last week, so I ordered it to go with the tobacco basket I ordered the previous week. My mom is currently working on the buffalo check bow and I can't wait to show you where I put it in a few weeks!
Write with me, Friends! I can't wait to read all about your love for Spring and Easter with the writing prompts below next month on April 8th.

  1. LOVE the lambs ear wreath. I should’ve mentioned God’s Blessings in my Luck part, I feel bad. Isn’t great customer service just the bomb! It’s rarer to come by these days but just makes ya smile when they go above and beyond and do it so sweetly and graciously! LOVE April’s questions and already my wheels are spinning, I think I have answers to them all already, lol. Have the sweetest day precious! xo

  5. I feel the same way about luck. Even when bad things happen, I still feel so blessed for all the good things in my life. That's amazing about the Ulta customer service - good to know. I'll be back next month to link up with 3 things...can't wait!

  7. I agree, good customer serving is the best! Sometimes I wonder what these brick and mortar stores are thinking when they *don't* have very good service. I shopped quite a bit at Hobby Lobby a couple of weeks ago, it seemed like everything was such a good deal!

  12. Love that wreath! It's so pretty! I think as a family we are blessed but my husband and I joke all the time that when it comes to littler things in life if we didn't have bad luck we wouldn't have any luck so I guess I believe in both.

  14. I looked at the tobacco baskets at Hobby Lobby Saturday and you were right, most of them were cracked here and there. I still don't know where I'd put it...maybe the guest room. I can't wait to see yours all finished. Great job coming up with these prompts!!! XO

  18. I was a little late to the party this go-round but posted anyway. Good for you to brag on great customer service. I try to do the same. So often the contrary is the case, it is nice to know someone is doing their job!!

Is your wreath real or artificial. I know it is going to be darling with the big bow.
