1 (10 oz.) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
2 large chicken breasts, cooked, or 2 (10 oz.) cans chunk white chicken, shredded
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
1 bag Reduced Fat Doritos chips (I used the baked Doritos)
Melt Velveeta in microwave with Rotel; set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 X 13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. In separate bowl, mix cooked chicken and soups set aside. Line casserole dish with layer of chips; add chicken mixture. Pour Rotel over chicken and continue layering ingredients, finishing with cheese as top layer. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
