1 pound of hamburger meat
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
2 cups mozzerella cheese
grated parmesan cheese
Brown hamburger meat with garlic (you can add some onion if you want). Drain meat. Boil noodles. Mix meat and spaghetti sauce adding water to thin out sauce (but not too much, you don't want "watered down" sauce). Boil sauce for about ten minutes and then simmer for about fifteen minutes. Layer noodles, sauce, and cheeses in a 9 by 13 pan. Cover with foil and cook at 350 degrees for about thirty minutes. Lasagna is much better if refrigerated overnight. If refrigerated, cook time will be about an hour. Serve with french bread and salad.
